Before training as an osteopath Nikki had over 500 hours of yoga teacher training, giving her a deep understanding of movement, breathing mechanics and the impact of physical and emotional stress on the body. This enables her to effectively work with people of all ages and backgrounds.

Nikki’s treatments are always patient-centred and tailored, using a combination of hands-on techniques. She is passionate about helping her patients understand their bodies, reduce pain, and feel empowered in their recovery. Brian graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 2004. He worked in Guernsey before establishing his own practice in London in 2009. He and his family have relocated to the North West in 2025.

His 20 year career has seen him complete postgraduate studies in cranial and classical osteopathy, and has carved specialisms in reducing scoliosis, migraines and resolving sciatica.
